ISO: No-bake oatmeal cookie with COOKED oats--from school (1970's)
Misc.Please help. I can't find this anywhere.
It was a no-bake oatmeal cookie shaped like little scoops. Served in school lunch in the early '70's in Michigan.
The oatmeal was cooked, not dry.
No coconut. No chips, no dry fruit. I think it had little bits of peanuts, as if using chunky peanut butter.
The cookie was grayish, and only slightly sticky to the touch. It held it's shape when you picked it up and was thick and sweet.
I think it had peanut butter and maybe a touch of cocoa.
Thank you!
Anna
