ISO: Nonstick Bundt Pan/other bundt question! Help!

Misc.
I am using a nonstick bundt pan for the first time. Should I still prepare it with butter/flour? I'm so afraid it's going to stick.

Also, in the past, I've used Pam butter spray on my bundt pan and when I release the cake, there are yellow glops here and there. Am I using the wrong thing to prepare? What do you experts suggest I use so this doesn't happen?

Thank you so much for any help!
