ISO: Nut Tree Restaurant Chocolate Cake

Years ago, whenever my parents would take our family on our yearly California travels, we'd always make it a tradition to stop at the old Nut Tree Restaurant. They served a Chocolate Cake that was incredible. My mom bought some recipes from the restaurant but passed away in 96. The recipes were misplaced and/or thrown out. Does anybody happen to have the recipe? It's a light Chocolate Cake made with egg whites/folded, cocoa. I surely would appreciate it if you do have the recipe could you please pass it on to me?
