ISO: Old Girl Scout Recipe

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe that appeared in a Girl Scout Handbook when I was in the scouts. I believve it was called Hungarian Dip, but I am not sure since it has been a long time since I was in the scouts. It was like a potato chip dip, and I remember it had sour cream and I believe paprika in it. If anyone can help me out with this search, I would greatly appreaciate it.
