Recipe: Au Gratin Porkette Casserole (using sausage and au gratin potato mix, 1970's)
Main Dishes - Pork, HamAU GRATIN PORKETTE CASSEROLE
1 (4.7 oz) box Betty Crocker Au Gratin Potatoes (dry mix)
2 cups boiling water
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen fully cooked sausage links, thawed and cut diagonally in 1/2-inch pieces
2 small tomatoes, sliced
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Stir; place tomato slices on top. Bake 5 more minutes.
Makes 4 servings
