ISO: Oriental Chicken Salad recipe made with Rice-a-Roni

Help! I am trying to locate a recipe that I originally found on a box of chicken & broccoli Rice-a-Roni; the name was something like "Oriental Chicken Salad". The main ingredients were: iceberg lettuce, grilled chicken breast, julienne strips of carrots and snow peas, box of prepared chicken & broccoli Rice-a-Roni, and optional crushed, dried red peppers (hot); the dressing was mayonnaise based with ginger and maybe soy sauce. I just can't remember all the ingredients and the amount of each, and I have misplaced the recipe. It was a really good, full-meal salad that my family loved in the summer. I tried getting the info through the Rice-a-Roni website but they didn't seem to have it, yet it was on the box perhaps a year or two ago.
