Recipe: Creamy Corn Soup (blender)

CREAMY CORN SOUP

2 Tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. diced onion
2 slices bacon, diced
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups fresh corn kernels (3 ears)
2 1/2 cups milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. salt
dash white pepper

In medium saucepan cook butter, onion and bacon until crisp Stir in flour.

Combine corn kernels and milk in blender, blend 10 seconds. Add to saucepan. Stir until thickened.

Add bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
