Recipe: Fast-Food Lane Burgers (contact grill / George Foreman Grill)

FOR THE BURGERS:
Butter-flavored cooking spray
16 oz. extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. black pepper
TO SERVE:
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium ketchup
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
6 lettuce leaves
6 (1/4-inch) fresh tomato slices
6 small hamburger buns
Plug in and generously spray both sides of double-sided electric contact grill with butter-flavored cooking spray; heat 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine meat, parsley flakes, and freshly ground black pepper. Using 1/2 cup measuring cup as guide, form into 6 burgers.
Evenly arrange burgers on prepared grill. Close lid and grill 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish.
TO SERVE:
For each sandwich, place lettuce leaf and tomato slice on hamburger bun bottom, arrange burger on tomato, spoon about 1 tablespoon sauce over burger and place hamburger bun top over all.
Makes 6 servings
