ISO: Pasta Para Durito
Misc.Little Orange pinwheel / wagon wheel things that are deep fried in oil and puff up like pork skins.
The technical name is Pasta Para Durito.
They kinda look like pasta but are not pasta.
Does anyone know how to make these? I have been buying them in the fresh food section next to the Mexican peppers. They are loose in a basket. They are very tasty, easy to make, and fun to watch!
I would like to make my own if possible.
I put a little salt or dip in salsa - yummy.
