ISO: Pecan crusted mountain trout

I am looking for a recipe from a restaurant at the Biltmore estate. We ate this at the Bistro and it was wonderful. It was fresh mountain trout oven baked with a pecan crust and Meuniere butter. If anyone has this recipe or one close to it, I would appreciate it.
