ISO: pecan pie with fluffy filling

Misc.
I'm looking for recipe for pecan pie that I had many many years ago at a restaurant called Meeks in Alma, Georgia. The pie was several inches tall with a fluffy/pudding type of filling. I've tried using butterscotch pudding in filling but it isn't the correct ingredient. Any help would be much appreciated.
