ISO: Chicken Enchiladas with Walnuts and Cream
Misc.This is a dish mentioned in the book, The Sunday Tertulia by Lori Marie Carlson. Wonder if anyone has heard of it? Also, mentioned on page 202 is Papas a la Huancaina. In this instance using blue potatoes and a version of the peanut-buttery pepper sauce that comes from the town that gives the dish it's name. Anyone know of this?
