ISO: Pickling Sausage, and eggs

Does anyone have a recipe for pickling sausages, such as Penrose? I posted a question about this but don't seem to have gotten a response. Also, do you pressure cook boiled, pickled eggs and pickled sausage for long term storeage? Or is the vinegar in itself a preservative. Thanks!
