ISO: Pie recipe with pineapple and coconut

Misc.
I am looking for a pie recipe that I ate in Washington Parish in Louisiana. It was in a prebaked pie shell. It contained cool whip, maybe pineapple, and had toasted coconut sprinkled on top. It may have had coconut in the filling. It could have had condensed milk in it, but it did not seem that sweet. It was delicious. The ladies at the church did not know the name of the pie. Would appreciate your help. Thanks
