Pineaple Ginger Chicken with Sweet Potato

Here are the ingredients:

1 cup chunk pineapple
sliced fresh ginger (amount?)
2 chicken breast
cup of diced sweet potato
broth ??? soy sauce ???

I saw a cooking show and remembered some of the ingredients but have know idea how to cook them
any ideas?
