ISO: Pineapple Cheesecake

I am looking for a pineapple cheesecake recipe or the pineapple topping recipe. I have several cheesecake recipes, but none of them have pineapple as a topping. It's either cherry, blueberry or some other fruit. Does anyont have a tried & true recipe for a pineapple topping?
