Recipe: Recipes from Rich's Magnolia Room (9)

This started as a quest to find a bakery style sheet cake recipe I could make at home....I ran across this site and the reference to Rich's Magnolia Room-what memories! Back in the 70's my best friend's mother was the hostess at the Magnolia Room downtown-well, one thing here has lead to another and I pulled up AJC Atlanta Journal Constitution (what an awful newspaper!) Rich's recipes and there is a listing of about 9 recipes, including the chicken pot pie and cheese straws (remember them?). Looks like they're written by former employees or children therof, or...etc.
But, better than nothing, I say.
Now I'd like to get the recipe for Macy's cinnamon apples......
