ISO: Pinwheel Cookies (Finnish Stars)

I recently purchased a Finnish Star cookie cutter through the mail. You cut out the star, add filling, and fold in two points to form a pinwheel. The recipe provided is too involved and I would like to use jelly or jam as a filling, not the prune mixture recipe included. I would appreciate any recipes for this cookie.
