This is in response to
The Sun Sauce served at Here comes the Sun in North Miami Beach.
The sauce has been a heavily gaurded secret---HOWEVER-- I can say...
the closest thing I ever tasted to it is called Goddess dressing sold at Trader Joe's. Goddess dressing is a a sort of tahini dressing sauce...while not identical/duplicate to the sun sauce at Here Comes the Sun...it definitely taste very similar. So my guess is...the sun sauce is a tahini sauce or has tahini in it. ;)
