ISO: Pizzelles - rye, onion, etc.

Misc.

I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for making pizzelles that are more flavored towards a bread - such as rye, onion, wheat, cheese, etc.? The cookies are wonderful rolled and filled with sweet fillings, I thought they would be equally as wonderful with meat or vegetable fillings.
