ISO: Polish dessert recipes

I am in need of a Polish dessert recipe. My son has to research Poland and needs to bring a Polish dessert for an international fair. It could also be a food that describes the country such as a cake decorated like the flag. The quantity needed is 4 dozen. Because some of the students may be allergic to nuts, it would need to be nut-free. Thank You!
