ISO: Pot Cheese Glace (Pacheeglase) (German)

This noodle-based recipe came up at a family reunion. It seems to have died with a past generation but everyone salivates when it's mentioned.

Anyone got anything close? (The title is approximate based on years of memories.)

Thanks,
