ISO: Praline Carmel Topping

I was wondering if anyone had a good praline carmel topping. I had it at a Christmas party. It was served very simple. Someone had just taken a block of cream cheese and poured the topping over it. It was presented very nice on a silver tray and served with crackers. The praline topping she used came out of a jar. Heard someone else say at the party that she uses a similiar topping over Brie cheese. I was at a Pappadeaux restaurant last night and they had used a very similiar topping on a chocolate cream cheese cake. It was delicious!! Would anyone have a recipe?.......Elizabeth
