ISO: Puff Pancake

I've lost my recipe for a puff pancake. It's a batter that is poured into a pie plate and baked in the oven. It rises and then fall when you take it out. It can be filled with fruit or syrup and powdered sugar. My boys want that "High Pancake". Thanks for your help.
