Recipe(tried): Mr. and Mrs. Murphies (stuffed baked potatoes using lobster, 1950's)

MR. AND MRS. MURPHIES

4 baking potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons graded onion
1 cup graded sharp, yellow cheese
1 can lobster
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Bake potatoes until they can be pierced with a fork.

Cut baked potatoes in half, lengthwise. Scoop out potato and whip with electric beaters along with butter, cream, salt, cayenne, onion and cheese.

Mix in lobster and refill shells. Sprinkle with paprika.

Reheat in a 450 degree F oven for 15 minutes.

Serves 4-8
