ISO: Puff Pastry Chicken Pot Pie

There is a restaurant in Vero Beach Florida that makes the best chicken pot pie around. It is The Wayside Inn and is known for it's great puff pastry Chicken Pot pie. By any chance do you have this or a similiar recipe for the pie. It melts in your mouth if you have never eaten there you need to go and try this.
