ISO: question regarding freezing apple dumpli

Misc.
Read the recipe for apple dumplings. We miss having them (being from Indiana). My son has requested some for Christmas and I was wondering if I can make them up ahead of time and freeze them? Do you freeze them unbaked or fully baked? Thanks for your help.
