why don't you just buy an anto-bacterial(Microban)
cutting board at the dept. stores. Linen N Things have several sizes on
sale. Target,K-mart,Wal-Mart are a few of many
stoes that carry them. They are made of a hard plastic
so depending on the size you get, you could even
put it in your dishwaser if you have one. DO NOT BUY A WOODEN ONE>
