to mix .....No egg....I purchased a cake in a cup and the instructions stated, add 1 TBsp. oil, 4TBsp. Water or Milk, mix well, microwave for two minutes...All the recipes I find you have to add an egg...The lady will not share her recipe since she sells the mix in a mug.
