ISO: recipe for tricolor torte (using spinach, eggs, and red peppers) baked in spring-form pan

Misc.
About ten years ago I made a wonderful brunch recipe: it was constructed of three layers in a spring-form pan, white, red, and green (yes, like the Italian flag!) The green layer was sauteed spinach and onions; the white layer was eggs and cheese; the red layer was red peppers. I do not remember if it had a crust or not, but if so, it was only on the bottom: you could see the three colors when you unmolded it. I have since lost the recipe, and although I could probably make one up, I woud love to know if anyone has seen this recipe or knows of one like it.
