Recipe(tried): Papa Gino's Dough Recipe Update

Pizza/Focaccia
This is the closest I have come so far :) You need to cook it on a stone with your oven as hot as it goes.

PAPA GINO'S DOUGH RECIPE UPDATE

3 1/2 Cups King Arthur All-Purpose Flour
1 1/3 Cups H2O (water)
1/2 Tsp IDY (yeast)
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt

Using Kitchen-Aid mixer:
Mix 2 cups flour and all the water and mix on 1 for 2 minutes
Let sit for 20 minutes.

Mix the remaining flour and yeast in and mix for 1 minute on 1
Add salt and mix for 6 minutes on 1.
Let rest for ten minutes then form 2 dough balls
and place in Tupperware container

Throw in the fridge for 24 hours then pull an hour before cooking coat the ball in cornmeal and make your pie.

Updated the recipe this is almost exact...(A little better actually)
