ISO: Recipes for easy strawberry jam/how is it can to preserve long time

I would appreciate fairly easy recipes for strawberry jam and rhubarb jam as well. Also please tell me how to can the jam so it doesn't have to be in the freezer(we don't have a lot of extra freezer space!) Thanks.
