ISO: Relish for Purple Hull Peas

Misc.
Help! I have buckets and buckets of green tomatoes. I need a southern recipe for a green tomato relish that is used on Purple Hull Peas. The relish is made with green tomatoes and jalapenos. I bought some home canned green tomato relish from a roadside stand in Mississippi a few years ago and it was really good. I have no plans to be in Mississippi in the near future and I am craving this relish. It can also be used on Navy Beans, but it is not a Hot dog relish. Thanks.
