MACHINE SHED ZUCCHINI WITH TOMATOES AND ONIONS
1 lb. zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup bacon bits
1 tsp. dry thyme
1 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground white pepper
Saute zucchini and onions until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, and cook until heated through.
Serves 8
