ISO: Roasted Chicken By Lidia's Family Table

Roasted Chicken by Lidia from Lidia's Family Table. She put vege's on the bottom, added chicken broth, put a rack into the pan and the chicken on top. then she tented it with aluminum foil and baked it at ? degrees for ? minutes.
Then she removed the foil and returned to the oven at ? degrees for ? minutes.
CAN ANYONE FILL IN THE ? MARKS?
