ISO: Santa Fe Hot Chicken Dip

I am looking for a recipe for a warm, mild Tex/Mex-flavored chicken dip I had last summer. It uses shredded chicken (possibly canned), some dairy product(s) in addition to cheese, cheese and tomato salsa. It is served warm in a 13x9 inch pan, with tortilla chips. It was absolutely delicious.
