ISO: She Crab Soup

Misc.
As a family, we used to love going to The Tail (or was it Tale) Of The Whale in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the She Crab Soup. While I know the female parts of the crab are sometimes hard to come by, does anybody know anybody that used to work at the diner? I would love to replicate, or at least come close, to their delightful soup recipe. Virginia Beach is at least six hours away, and we don't even know if the diner is still around. Meanwhile, we have tried a few of the recipes from here, and other Internet sites, but I think our memory is keeping us from enjoying some of the other recipes. Please, please help!
