Recipe: OinkADoodleMoo's Brisket, Boston Butt and Baby Bakers Potatoes (with video)

Start with a trimmed premium cut packer brisket, and rub liberally with your favorite dry rub.
Load three-fourths pound of applewood and three charcoal briquettes into wood box. Smoke brisket at 200 degrees F until flat reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
Remove from smoker and finish cooking in conventional oven at 275 degrees F until internal temperature reaches 195 degrees F. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes.
Cut brisket into cubes about one-half inch by one-half inch. Place the cubes into pan and toss them in one-half cup of dry rub and 12 ounces of OinkADoodleMoo Smokey Sweet Sauce. Place pan in smoker and cook at 225 degrees F for two hours.
This makes a great "sammich and will change your life
forever!"

BABY BAKERS:
