Recipe(tried): Texas Roadhouse Roadkill Chop Steak - Roadkill Mystery
Main Dishes - Beef and Other MeatsHey there I have a pretty good copycat to the texas roadhouse roadkill chop steak. I take a whole stick of butter, and melt it on low with my onions and fresh mushrooms. Saute a little then add the chop steak. Cook til desired wellness and add swiss or jack cheese. :)
