ISO: shorewood greek salad dressing

You're right the dressing is to die for, I use to go and buy it by the quart 25 years ago. The Shorewood location on 694 and Central Ave, is now open again. I was there 4 days ago and of course had the great salad along with gyros and pita. Hope someone can come up with a copy cat recipe. Wanda
