ISO: Nicklows Cafe or Shorewood Inn (now closed) greek house salad dressing

This is the best greek salad dressing that I have ever tasted and I have not found a similar recipe anywhere else except at the Nicklow Brothers (Minneapolis) restaurants. It is a creamy mild greek dressing with excellent flavor and balance.
