ISO: shredded wheat bird's nest

Help! My grandmother used to make a bird's nest for Easter using Shredded Wheat and molasses(At least she thinks it was molasses. She can't find her recipe. Seems she used to make it for my mom every year and fill it with candy and such. According to Grandma-only this particular bird's nest will do. I would like to find the recipe and restart the tradition...Anyone heard of this???
