I am not familiar with this wet rub marinade. Where can it be purchased and is it available in the states?

Club House is a Canadian brand owned by McCormick. The similar product available in the states would be McCormick Grill Mates Wet Rubs or you could use the Grill Mates dry rub (they are sold flavored for chicken, steak, or pork). Maybe Carolyn will have a homemade version to share. - Betsy
