ISO: Sourdough Rye Bread, Rye flour and rye meal with salt and water..only

I used to be able to buy this bread at a health food store in Fla and then they no longer carried it. It's very hard to find here in New Jersey but I thought that maybe I could attempt to bake it myself. I don't know anything about the process of making the culture for this sourdough recipe but I'd be willing to listen and even maybe, try. thanks
