ISO: Special Spinach Salad

Misc.
Hey Guys!
I could really use some help. We had a church dinner the other day and a lady made a wonderful spinach salad. I have tried to find the recipe but can not find the exact one. It had baby spinach leaves, leafy lettuce, broccoli, strawberries, blueberries, orange segments and either almonds or pecans.(it may have had other stuff but this is all I can remember) Mom said it had a bacon vinaigrette dressing but I'm not sure. I do know that it was a vinaigrette type. I think it may also have had green onions. But oh it was so good! Any help would be GREAT!!!!! Thanks!
