ISO: Spring Pasta Salad

Misc.
Looking for Spring Pasta Salad. Daughter college cafeteria made this, and also had it at a deli in a local grocery.

Ingredients included: shell macaroni, celery, radishes, green peppers, carrots, and a dressing that is white in color and sweet. This is so good. Would love to be able to surprise my daughter with making it at home. Thanks!S
