ISO: Stove Top Smoker

Misc.
I have just recently purchased a stove top smoker and so far love it. I came across a Cameron Stove Top Smoker recipe book on the web one day and didn't order it and now I can't find it again. I even checked Cameron's web page. Would anyone out there know where I could get one or any other stove top smoker cookbook?
