OLLIE'S DRY RUB FOR CHICKEN (LUM'S)
"There are an endless list of rubs. Through endless testing, while designing the burger, Ollie came up with a great rub for chicken."
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp ground oregano
4 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp salt
Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rub mixture into the chicken, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Store leftover rub in an airtight jar or freezer.
