ISO: stuffed hot pepper with cheese

i've looked in the archives and didn't find anything close to what i'm looking for so if anyone has a recipe that sounds like the one i'm looking for i'd greatly appreciate it. the stuffing is made with cheese, but not cream cheese. it taste like italian cheese and something else... thanks for your help..barb
