ISO: Sweet and Hot Jalapeno Peppers

Misc.
My Aunt gave my step-dad a jar of Sweet and Hot Jalapeno Peppers for Christmas. She said she ordered them from place in Tyler, Texas, I think. My step-dad wrote the company and they sent him a price sheet and order form but for a small 8 oz. jar it costs $5.00 plus shipping and handling and it is a minimum order of $15.00. I would love to find the recipe and surprise them with it. My Mom has tried to copy it by draining sliced jalapenos and putting sugar on them which makes it's own juice and the taste is similar but still not quite the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
